OnPurpose assisted Premier in aligning it business in culture. Through a structured process, we considered out business aspirations and our existing barriers to achieving these goals. We then considered the cultural changes required to overcome these impediment and developed a detail plan to embed these within the organisation. Throughout, the balance between Norton’s corporate management perspective and Lynn’s focus on personal human factors ensured that the resulting strategy would deliver both the business needs and be readily adopted by our employees. The leadership team sessions devised by OnPurpose were based on collegial, collective thinking which guaranteed buy-in and ownership from all parts of the business. These sessions were followed by similar workshops for employees throughout the organisation in which the culture and the delivery plan as well as the basis behind these were socialised throughout the company. The result was a universally understood vision for moving forward and concrete action plans at a personal level to get there. Feedback from employees was overwhelming positive, with particular praise for the clarity of purpose, drivers, culture, desired behaviours and a feeling of common goals. Without OnPurposes contribution, I doubt the focused outcome would have been delivered so efficiently, if at all.
