We will support you in undertaking the long-term self awareness work required to develop compassion, enabling you to shift your mindset and patterns of behaviour to develop inner-strength and inner-trust.
With inner-trust and strength the leadership capacities of stability, flexibility and a sense of community become obtainable, enabling leaders to respond to constant change, daily challenges and meet multiple needs.

The course relates mindfulness to leadership roles perfectly and enables the use and practice of exercises during the course individually and in a group context. The group dialogue sessions were extremely useful for developing self-awareness and the subject matter was very relevant to our work roles, therefore learning not only from the process but also from the subject matter.
